Today was Jeannie's first ballet performance! The art school where she takes lessons had a Christmas performance that included ballet, piano, Beijing opera, and taekwando. After 15 years of my own recitals, it was so fun to see my little girl dancing up on stage! I almost cried. She looked beautiful and did a good job. Before the dancing got started, the mc asked them all their names and ages and Jeannie answered very clearly in the local language! We were very proud that she wasn't shy like she usually is in that type of circumstance.
Jeannie was in three dances. We got video of all three:
